Donald Trump Charitable Works:

Donald J. Trump Foundation

Trump originally created the foundation to his proceeds from his book Trump: The Art of the Deal to charitable causes. However, Trump stopped contributing personal funds to the foundation in 2008 and instead solicited donations from outsiders.

Through 2015, Trump contributed $5.5 million to the Trump Foundation while outside donors contributed an additional $9.3 million.

Trump's final gift to the foundation was $35,000 in 2008.

Many of the outside donors to the foundation have done business with Trump or the Trump Organization.

In September and October 2016 there were several legal actions and complaints filed against the Trump Foundation.

Real gross domestic product (GDP) increased in 48 states and the District of Columbia in the first quarter of 2018, according to statistics released today by the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis. The percent change in real GDP in the first quarter ranged from 3.6 percent in Washington to -0.6 percent in North Dakota. California is the biggest state with a GDP of $2.75 trillion in 2017. Whereas, GDP of Vermont (VT) is only $32.2 billion in 2017.
